Terms and conditions
VALIDITY
The following terms and conditions obtain all squash products of inselshop.com. Excepted are the products of the ASB shop ("Squash Court") - here are the Terms and Conditions of ASB valid.
FUNDAMENTAL
By the presentation of our products you are asked to give a bid in form of an ordering. If we accept your offer, respectively your ordering, you will normally receive an e-mail-confirmation within 24 hours. Of course we will also inform you if we eventually were not able to accept your ordering. If the product was not available in spite of the acceptance of your odering we are entitled to break the contract.
In this case it's our duty to inform you about the unavailability of the product(s) without delay and will refund the purchase price immediately.
AMOUNT OF ORDERINGS
Orderings are only carried out in common amounts.
DELIVERY AND FORWARDING CHARGES
The delivery of the ordered products is carried out to the delivery-address given by the purchaser. Please see our actual table on our website to find forwarding charges right in the footer "Shipping Costs". All deliveries are made by our partners DPD and DHL. Please notice that all information about delivery times are without responsibility on inselshop.com, unless a definite delivery time was assured.
PAYMENT
All pricemarks include the value added tax (VAT). At the moment payment via Paypal and prepayment by bank transfer (3% cash discount) is accepted. For more details please see "Help" left in the footer.
RESERVATION OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All products remain property of inselshop.de until full payment is effected.
STATUTORY INSTRUCTION OF RETURN
Right to return
You can return received products within 14 days without giving any reasons. The time limit starts with receiving the product(s) at the earliest. For ensuring of the return sending back the products in time as well as a formless e-mail to info(at)inselshop.de is adequate.
CONSEQUENCES OF RETURN
In the case of an efficient return all received services are to be refunded on both sides and - as the case may be - uses are to be released. In any case of decline of products compensation can be claimed. This does not apply for the decline after the simple checkup of products (as possible in a shop for example). For the rest you can avoid compensation by not treating the product as if you were its owner and by neglecting everything that affects its value. If you make use of your right of return the contract of sale will be invalid. Charges of return are for the customer's account.
RESERVATION
As far as an ordered article or substitute should not be deliverable we are entitled to break the contractual obligation. In this case we will inform you about the unavailability without delay and eventual considerations will be repayed immediately.
