How is inselshop.com arranged? (How can I orient myself?)
- At the very top in the heading line you can find at the right side the global search. Underneath the search you will find links which belong to your personal account.
- Straight under the inselshop.com logo is the main navigation bar:
- At the left of the navigation bar you will find the main Menu (Squash, Badminton, Squashcourt). If you move the mouse over the different links you will receive a drop- down menu. The button "Squashcourt" will forward you straight into the ASB-Shop.
- At the right side of the navigation bar is the “Breadcrumb-Navigation” based. This will always show you where you are on inselshop.com.
- At the bottom in the footer you will find our basic conditions: "Useful Information", inselshop-/ ASB-News and "Formal Information"
ORDERING
How does the order transaction at inselshop.com work?
- First of all you put all the products, you would like to order, into your virtual shopping cart (see shopping cart icon) - of course absolutely non-binding.
- If you would like to buy the product(s), click the button “Add to cart”.
- If you would like to finalize your dispatch, click the button “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Now you have the choice to buy as a guest or as a registered customer (got advantages and future convenience.
- The "Checkout"-process:

- Shipping Information
- Shipping Method
- Payment Information
- Order Review
- When you have proved all your details you finish your dispatch with the button „Place Order“.
- Please keep in mind that we can only execute the orders recently as we have received your payment.
Why does inselshop.com use my e-mail-address?
We need your e-mail-address for every order so that we can accord you a confirmation of your acquisition.
How can I add a product to the shopping cart?
When you are on the link to look at the different products, you have to click the shopping cart icon below with the appropriate number of the products you consider to order.
How can products be eradicated from the virtual shopping cart?
If the shopping cart contains a product which you do not want to buy, please mark the box below delete and then click the button update.
How can vouchers be encashed?
If you own a inselshop.com-voucher you have the opportunity to encash your individual voucher-code at your shopping cart- overview. Each voucher-code can only be used once.
PAYMENT AND RETURN
Which methods of payment are provided by inselshop.com?
The following means of payment are accepted:

- paypal
Which conditions must be given for the conversion or return of products?
All products can be given back without restrictions and without any statement due to reasons within 14 days after receipt. For this purpose a cancellation via e-mail to info@inselshop.de as well as the return of the product(s) will be sufficient. The costs for the product(s) will be repayed to you completely. Forwarding charges will be borne by the customer. The processing time can take up to 30 days after receipt of the product(s).
Please keep in mind to give us your bank data on the return-log. (Please dont forget IBAN and BIC number outside of Germany.)
My ordered products have been payed already but the articles are not available any more. How is the back posting of my money carried out?
As soon as your bank data are on hand to us, we transfer the amount back to you as quickly as possible. If your bank data are not available for us well contact you at once.
DISPATCH
Which types of dispatch are offered by inselshop.com?
Our ware is dispatched fully insured via DPD or DHL.
Which dispatch- and delivery times must be antcipated after an ordering?
Usually, it takes about 2 to 3 workdays between incoming payments and delivery via DPD or DHL within Germany. Outside Germany the deliverytime might diversify according to the certain country and will take about 3 to 10 workdays.
What are the postal charges for the dispatch of an ordering and for which amount is there an order value free of ordering costs?

What would happen if I wasnt at home at the time of delivery?
If the DPD- or DHL-carrier wasnt able to meet you at the given address, he will try to dispatch the package again during the folowing day. He will leave a notice of intention to deliver with your package-number. If you were also not available on the following day, you can call the certain number on the notice of intention to deliver and let the sending reroute to another address or let it bring another day. You can get through to DPD or DHL from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm.
